To submit a complaint, the purchase must be made within a period of 1,5 year.
You need the order number to start the submission. The order number can be found in the order confirmation and has the following composition: NL12345678.
Enter the email address of which the order was placed. This is the email address where you received the order confirmation upon purchase.
Go through the entire application so that we can properly assess the complaint.
After you have submitted the complaint, we will contact you within 5 working days about the further handling of your complaint.
